At Ornalux, every order is handled with care and precision to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and on time.

Processing Time

All orders are carefully processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order is packed and ready for dispatch, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled or amended after 2 hours of placement, as our team begins packing promptly—even on weekends—to ensure fast delivery.


Estimated Delivery Times

We ship worldwide with trusted carriers. Typical delivery times are as follows:

  • USA & Canada: 8–12 business days

  • UK, EU & UAE: 8–13 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 9–14 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on local courier operations or seasonal demand.
Please note: Personalized designs take a little extra time to craft with care, which may extend total delivery by 3–10 extra business days.


Multiple Shipments

Depending on warehouse inventory and product availability, your order may arrive in separate packages to avoid delays.


Shipping Insurance (Route Protection)

For added peace of mind, we offer Package Protection by Route at checkout for a small fee. This service safeguards your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Please note: Shipping insurance is non-refundable once your order has been shipped.


Custom Fees & Taxes

We provide all required information to help your order clear customs smoothly. While most small orders (1–2 items) rarely incur fees, this varies by country. Any customs duties or import taxes, if applied, are the responsibility of the recipient.
