If your gemstone ever loses its optical properties under normal wear, we’ll repair or replace it — completely free of charge.

Each purchase includes a Certificate of Authenticity, confirming that your moissanite is 100% genuine, ethical, and eco-friendly.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

  1. Customers are responsible for return and reshipment fees.

  2. Please contact our support team before sending any item back to receive the correct return address.

  3. All items must be securely packaged and shipped using a tracked shipping method. Untracked packages cannot be processed.

  4. The warranty applies only to Ornalux moissanite gemstones and excludes settings, metals, and side stones.

  5. Ornalux reserves the right to void the warranty if the item shows signs of modification, misuse, or damage beyond normal wear, as determined by our professionals.

  6. Items serviced or altered by a non-Ornalux jeweler are not covered.
